Thank you for scheduling your tour with Leaman’s Green Applebarn! We are so excited to have you visit our farm.

Tours take place in warm or cold weather. Rain or shine. The exception is lightning and non-stop pouring rain at Leaman's discrection. Please dress for the weather, gloves and hats for cold weather, rain jackets or umbrellas for inclement weather, etc.

Please ask your group to wear appropriate footwear for the ground conditions. We are a working farm. Rain or the morning dew may make paths wet or muddy. We recommend wearing tennis shoes or boots.

If cancelled by Leaman's due to weather we will contact you to:
1) Reschedule your tour
2) Arrange pickup of donuts, cider, apples, and tour bags
3) Refund your deposit at Leaman's discretion

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour.

Due to over staffing/shortage, there will be a $25.00 fee if we are not informed of significant attendance changes to your scheduled tour. We understand attendance may vary due to illness or absences the day of the tour, please inform us upon your arrival at the farm.

Those with allergies or dietary restrictions may want to bring their own snack.

All participants 2 years and older must pay admission, this includes grandparents, parents, siblings, etc.

Our recommendation is to have 1 chaperone (parent/guardian) per 5 children for your tour.

Please be mindful that your students and parents/guardians are respectful to our tour guides, property and activities. We understand that being out of the classroom can bring extra energy along with many opportunities to lose focus. However, our tour guides strive to provide the best experience but can only do so with attentive and respectful parents and students.
